END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the user (“You” or “User”) and Zibo Art Gallery (“We”, “Us”, or “ZiboArtGallery.com”), governing your access to and use of the ZiboArtGallery.com website, including all content, functionality, and services offered therein (“Platform”).

By accessing or using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Zibo Art Gallery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership of Content

All artworks, images, designs, logos, trademarks, text, multimedia, and code (collectively, “Content”) on this Platform are the intellectual property of Zibo Art Gallery or its contributing artists.

• You may not download, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or modify any content without prior written consent.
• Purchased artworks remain the copyright of the respective artists unless expressly transferred in writing.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy or distribute platform content without authorization
• Circumvent any technical protection measures
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality or services
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Use the Platform for commercial resale or unauthorized exhibitions of artworks

4. Account Management

• You may be required to create an account to complete purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Zibo Art Gallery is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use

5. Purchase & Licensing of Artworks

• When you purchase a product (e.g., painting, shankh, murti), you are acquiring ownership of the physical product only.
• No reproduction, distribution, or digital use rights are transferred unless specified in writing.
• For commercial licensing or reproduction inquiries, a separate licensing agreement is required.

6. International Use

ZiboArtGallery.com is accessible internationally. Users agree to comply with all applicable local laws and customs regulations. Exporting original artworks may require declaration and adherence to jurisdictional art export norms.

7. Privacy & Data

Usage of the Platform is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how user data is collected, processed, and stored.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of this Agreement or misuse of services or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Platform and all content and services are provided “as is.” Zibo Art Gallery makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zibo Art Gallery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any products obtained through it.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Zibo Art Gallery is headquartered. Any legal disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

12. Modifications
